Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions and transactions between LibertyLine.us, LLC and all users of the company website, systems, social media outlets, and other digital systems:

ORDERS

  • Orders are currently only accepted for delivery within the United States (excluding Illinois temporarily)
  • Cancellation of sales can only be accomplished within 24-hours of purchase (if not already shipped) and only by email notice to sales@libertyline.us (include order number, name and email address)
  • LibertyLine.us, LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders, at any time, for any reason

FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING, & DELIVERY

  • Shipping is limited to delivery within the United States only.
  • Please allow up to 20-days for delivery (though this is not a guarantee)
  • All products are shipped via USPS Ground Priority (typically 3-7 days delivery after shipping in the contiguous United States)
  • All products are shipped in a 8x10, 9x12 tough plastic bag envelopes or, for larger\special orders, in suitable carboard boxes\envelopes
  • Free shipping is limited to a maximum of 20 items
  • LibertyLine.us, LLC is not responsible for damages to products in shipping and any such damages will be the responsibility of the shipper (LibertyLine.us, LLC will assist in filing the claim to make the customer whole and, where applicable, issue a refund or replacement)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed for any unused and unworn items
  • No returns or exchanges after 15-days of delivery or 35 days from purchase
  • No returns allowed on close-out items
  • Returns and exchanges shipping costs are paid for by customer (unless otherwise specified by LibertyLine.us, LLC)
  • Please allow up to 20-days for refunds\exchanges to be completed (longer if a USPS claim is being processed)

PRICING\DISCOUNTS

  • Coupons and sale prices are only valid for their specified periods and may not be retroactively applied to any purchases
  • Discounts for bulk orders (greater than 20 items) may be negotiated by emailing sales@libetyline.us
  • LibertyLine.us, LLC is NOT responsible for incorrect prices/discounts/offers or errors/omissions on company website, social media outlets, or email/calls/text-messages and reserves the right to correct such orders prior to shipping (but only after customer has been notified and agrees)

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Note that colors and appearance can vary by screen and that minor differences (e.g., placement or scale of prints) are not defects
  • All images on the company's website, social media outlets, and on company products are copyrighted by LibertyLine.us, LLC. Use of the images are forbidden without express written consent from LibertyLine.us, LLC
  • All products, logos, designs, artwork, and site content are protected intellectual property, and no entity may copy, resell, reuse, repurpose, or redistribute them without prior written permission.
  • LibertyLine.us reserves the right to censor/block/delete any entities, accounts, posts, images, comments, feedback, and the like on all company websites, social media outlets, email, phone, text messaging, and other communications/digital conduits
  • LibertyLine.us, LLC is not responsible for any internet, email, website and/or social media service outages or delays
  • Governing law and venue: Illinois law shall be considered the governing law for any disputes and any resolution shall be handled in the jurisdiction of DuPage County, Illinois
  • LibertyLine.us, LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and, as such, will post the new version with an effective date here; continued use of this site implies acceptance.

Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously and promise to all our customers that:
  • We protect all customer information (including names, contact details, and payment information) to the best of our ability and that of our service providers, using appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards
  • We will NEVER willingly share your contact information with anyone outside our company and official vendors
  • We will only store offline customer information on computer systems that are properly protected with current anti-virus solutions and are secured behind internet firewall solutions
  • Any offline\backup customer information will only be stored using industry standard strong encryption methods
  • Customers may request to remove their information from our system at anytime
