Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

ORDERS:

  • How long does it take to receive an order? As-of January 2026, orders are being received within an average ~10 business days of order date (a little bit longer if you are at extreme distances from Illinois).
  • Can products be shipped outside the United States? No, we only ship to US destinations.
  • Why can't I place order within Illinois? We're awaiting tax collection ID from Illinois as-of mid-January. Please check back later.

RETURNS\EXCHANGES:

  • Can products be returned or exchanged? Yes, as long as the item is unused and unworn. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

PRODUCTS:

  • Are your products made in the USA? All our products are designed and made right here in our shop in Illinois. All of the shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies stock are made on Hanes and Gildan brand items which are also sourced from domestic suppliers right here in the USA.
  • Do you have hoodies\sweatshirts? Yes! We're slowly adding them to the inventory. Join our mailing list to get notified when they're available.
  • Do you have women's shirts? Not yet... but soon. Join our mailing list to get notified when they're available.
  • Can you print custom shirts (ie with callsigns, unit names, etc)? Not really... unless you need them in large volumes. Contact us if that's the case.
  • Are the 13 colors available for all designs? No. Some of the designs don't lend themselves to all colors and have been disabled.
  • Why is the US Flag on the left sleeve instead of the right? While it's true that most uniforms place the US flag on the right sleeve, US military regulations can also allow for it to be on the left. In fact, the service that our company founder so proudly flies for has it affixed to the left sleeve of their flight suits. Hence, this connection and history drove our decision to have it on the left sleeve.
